One thing is certain, I am not shy. Apart from the Masterchef TV experience, I have never feared the spotlight; in fact, it excites me, energizes me, and ignites a spark in me. That’s why since that experience, it’s been a succession of new challenges, diving into the fun of becoming a Content Creator on social media, focusing on cooking and football, becoming a regular guest on TRM and TGS in Palermo Calcio TV shows, as well as on some documentaries about typical Sicilian cuisine.
In short, the stage is a space that I like and where I feel perfectly comfortable.
SIAL in Canada, CIBUS in Parma, Cous Cous Fest in San Vito, FishTuna in Favignana, and many other events where I entertained audiences have solidified the idea that it’s possible to combine cooking with entertainment, offering a service to the public alongside a promotional opportunity for companies and operators.
Teamwork, after all, is my life mantra.
