Collaborations
My adventure at Masterchef assimilates me to many other cooking talents. With some a human connection was created that goes well behind the ephemeral tv experience. Some have been my fellow adventures in season 11, some had preceded us. With everyone cooking became delightful.
In Palermo I have often collaborated with Azzurra D’arpa, from Palermo just like me, a Contestant in the edition just before mine, remarkably fantastic and talented in the kitchen. The two of us have frequently worked to create 4-handed menus, always being able to blend our different cooking ideas in an exceptional way.
Another chapter , the one related to “CheFamily”; Mime, Dalia, Lia, Andreletizia, Bruno, Nicky Brian, Nicholas, and Carmine. Today they are part of my life, 8 people that in just over 1 year I can call true friends, no matter age, geographic provenance and personal background.
I lost count of the amount of time we, as a team, have offered our menus and how funny, well-done and appreciated the events for our guests have been.
